my granduncle died this year and made a will for his irish estate 10 years ago. he made a will 4 years ago that revolks it but it only mentions american assetts. he has an executer for his american estate that doesnt want the irish property. is there anything that i can get from the american executer that will satisfy the irish authoritys. the american estate is worth a lot whereas the irish estate isnt its a small farm worth very little. it is obvious to me that the man meant to have two separate wills one for each country as the american one goes into detail for american assetts whereas it doesnt mention ireland. the irish will states that it is specifically for irish assetts and it was made before my granduncle returned to america.
