Hi, I got an Ireland rugby shirt as a present and I am wondering if it is the latest one. It does not have the white patch under the sleeves like the one that the team used against Scotland. Its not that I am being ungrateful as the donor has asked me to check this out and will change it if necessary, they were both the same price. Are the team using both shirts or is the one I have out of date now.

Eh, even if it's "out of date," in most sports older shirts are considered more valuable and will give you more street cred as they won't single you out as having come straight from Arnotts (or more likely Brown Thomas).

Thanks all, I didn't know if the team were going to use and sell both and I did ask in 'JJB Sports' and they didn't know but said that they would be selling both at the same price.
I want to be wearing the one that we beat England in this year on Sunday, not the one that we wore when we beat them last year.
