Ireland based UK accountant

Can anyone direct me towards an accounting firm / accountant that deal with UK Ltd companies based in Ireland as I have to submit my 1st set of accounts / year end.

Perhaps even direction toward a good UK based online savvy operation would be ok.

A UK registered company in Ireland - you may find that the UK company is Irish resident, and therefore liable to Irish corporation tax as well as UK corp tax - lots of double taxation issues. Why are you using a UK company in Ireland?
