The media recently has commented on three routes for the new north side metro service. Two of these routes, including the Central route which seems to be the preferential one, may pass through “Airside”. My question is by the term “Airside”, are they referring to the Airside Retail Park, just up the N1 from the airport, Where B&Q is? In terms of buy to let opportunities I would have thought that property in Boroimhe (where I live now –all sold out I believe) on one side of Airside Retail park and the development Abbeystone (still for sale) which is on the other side of the Retail Park would be worth a second look. Any one know of any other residential development sites which would be close to the more likely of the proposed Routes?
