Investing in trees

I recently received a flyer pushing an investment in trees. Investment is from 2 to 5 years. They say they have a presale agreement in place which locks in a return of 14.95% per annum. Anyone any experience of these tree investments. Sounds too good to be true.

Obviously an offer of a return of 14.95% has to come with a catch or several.

However if you want to learn about the economics of investing in forestry and the pitfalls that can arise even in a fundamentally sound proposition. This thread, although quite long is brilliant.
