Invalidity pension - tax returns?

Hello all
First post so be gentle with me!

I've been getting Invalidity pension from earlier this year. It's my sole source of income. I have only today discovered that it is taxable.

As I have always been a PAYE worker, I'm somewhat at a loss. Do I need to make a tax return?

Thanks

As your only income is Invalidity Pension you will not come into the tax net. Invalidity Pension is taxable only when taken in conjunction with any other income you may have, therefore it would not be necessary to make a tax return.
