hi i am currently with INBS with an intrest only morgage of 190,000.At the time 7/04 the INBS where the only institute available to me.There rate is 3.5% which is excessive and they will not move on it.Is there any other lender available at a better rate?
I have an existing morgage with the INBS of 160,000 at a variable rate of 3.25%,and didnt move before due to future de-mutualisation of INBS.I now know there will not be two windfalls for me so i am keen to move the intrest only morgage,where shall i go.?
