Interest Relief

Hi, I rented out my house from Sep 06/Aug07 for four month. The interest relief I can claim for 2006 F11 return will it be only four the four month of the rental or the entire year? Reason I am asking is that my bank sent me out a statement w/o a monthly breakdown. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
