Interest Only Excess - Where to invest

Hello all,

I have an interest only loan on an investment property.

After I make payment I am left with EUR300 excess per month.

I want to invest this for 10 year time period.

I would appreciate advice on where to invest this.

I am considering investing in a mix of Freeway funds.

Any thoughts around this would be appreciated.

I would suggest you reduce the capital on your loan as when interest rates increase you may not have this profit. Alternatively you could use the money to buy and interest rate cap to give security against future rate increases
