Wonder if anyone can advise me on this one, due to unemployment we negotiated a 6 month captial payment holiday (CPH) It was to start last month but the full amount was taken from my bank account, I called and asked what the problem was they said it was a mix up/ too late to change the payment for February but the lower payment would be up and running by march, last week they took the full payment again I called them and got the " dont understand what may have gone wrong there" reply "someone will call you back" 6 calls later with no callback or answer or refund I called into my branch to ask the assistant manager ( who arranged this for us) and he is "looking into it, but doesn't think they can repay what they took over the agreed amount" so my problem is that they have emptied my account to take the full mortgage payment last week this is the second time. What can I do to make them keep their side of the agreement and to get the money they took back ?
