Interactive Brokers - USA EFTs for S&P500 and Nasdaq100?

On Interactive Brokers I have been trying to find an EFT to track the 'S&P 500' and the 'Nasdaq 100'. Being based in Ireland I assume that there are European EFTs that track these two, but I find the platform difficult to know exactly what I am looking at.

Ideally accumulating, physical replication, low TER.

Has anyone any experience finding EFTs that track these two indices?
 
IB seems very powerful but it is fairly baffling as an infrequent user alright!

I buy the iShares NASDAQ 100 Accumulating USDollar ETF, the symbol to search for is SXRV. It is quoted in Euro but from memory (and the USD in the name) there is no USD-EUR hedging, the exchange is just converting the USD price into our local currency. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find the cheapest NASDAQ100 accumulating unnhedged ETF and this is the one I came up with.
