insurance renewals

Hi,
does anyone know if there was recent legislation to force the motor insurance companies to provide a statement of no claims discounts along with renewals?
My car insurance renewal comes with a NCD statement but my motorbike insurance renewal doesn't.

sorry about this, I just seen the NCD part of the renewal tucked away!
