What insurances are available for a property investment? If that is too broad a question, apart from covering the actual building is it possible to get insurance to cover repayments, or a portion therof, if the tenant leaves unexpectedly, for example? Im wondering how is risk minimised in a property investment other than by not investing in property in the first place!
