Just wondering about insulating cavity walls in 20 year old house. At the time it was built I think the idea of the cavity had an insulation function in itself. I understand filling in cavity blocks with insulation is recommended but does the same go for cavity walls? Getting SEI quotes for insulation later this week so any advice appreciated.
