Installing a saddleboard

Probably not called installing but shows how much time I spend on computers :)

Amway. I have already laid wood floor with a beading, the door and integrated saddle between this beading and the tiles in another room have been removed. I now have a three inch gap between the two and a height drop from the wood floor beading to the tiles.

I am looking for advice on how to install a saddle board between the two which butt's up to the wooden floor and lies on top of the tiles. The tiles have been cut and they have a slightly ragged edge.

Ideas please? I have searched and seen people recommending reducers etc but not sure that it applies with such a gap.

Thanks

Eoin

If you can take exact measurements and call around to your nearest joiners they will probably be able to make something up for you.

To clarify I already have a saddle board, should I cut it elimating slope on one slide and put this adjacent to beaded floor or should I remove beading and install adjacent to hw floor.

Thoughts / ideas appreciated
