Injury insurance for self-employed??

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has - or is it possible to get - insurance against injuring yourself and being unable to work?? As a self-employed painter, if I fall and break my wrist I might not work for several weeks so can I insure myself against that sort of thing??

I intend talking to a broker about this but any advice would be appreciated....

Yes this type of insurance is pretty common. You can talk to a broker or directly to some of the larger companies. Good decision to take it out particularly to cover main financial commitments.
