Infill subdivision Map

Hi,
I've completed building a house in my garden and am looking for someone to do the maps for land registry (subdivision of plot). Does anyone know who normally does this type of work as i've searched the internet but get different professions and what's the likely cost?

your solicitor will have recommendations. It can be anyone from an architect, architectural technician, an engineer or surveyor....

the price depends on whether a site visit is required or not....
