Fintech Bunq has launched a savings rate in Ireland it claims offers one of the highest returns in the market.

Fintech Bunq has launched a savings rate in Ireland it claims offers one of the highest returns in the market.

Its new term deposit account has a rate of up to 2.1pc for money left on deposit for 12 months.

Not the highest 12 month rate as far as I can see though.

Interesting that Bunq have entered the term deposit market. Most digital banks like Revolut and N26 have stayed away from the term deposit market thus far despite offering a large array of other products.

But the Bunq term deposit rates are not market leading. You can do better elsehwere.
