Did you ever hear anything more on anything related to your alternative proposal? Is the legislation/plan so far advanced that they cannot pivot if they wanted to?

They have had 11 months (and more) to consider Colm's proposal, it might have even contributed to the delay. It looks like they have decided it is a step too bold and that there is less political risk in simply following the Brits' 40+ "lifestyling" default funds for AE.

Following on my last post, I don't think they will ever have the cojones to be pioneers on this. If the Brits go down that road they will certainly follow,
