Imperial College MBA

Just wondering if anybody has gone through the distance education MBA in the Imperial College in London? I've been looking at other options such the Open University MBA in Tech Mgmt and the Manchester Business School and both seem quite popular but I couldn't find posts from any people who've gone through Imperial (I just wanted to get a full idea of the options). I want to do it through distance education as I've done my degree & post-grads at night and want to have more control over when I study which is why I haven't been looking at UCD or any of the local options. Any help would be appreciated!!

Have a look at

Master of Business & Technology at the University of New South Wales Sydney. Can be done by distance education. Good quality course. I can recommend it.

Peter,

I am almost half-way through the OUBS MBA and I am thrilled that I chose this route. The flexibility it offers is good. The reading materials are excellent. It has triple accreditation (AACSB, Equis, AMBA). You are constantly interacting online with other students worldwide (and face to face through residential schools/tutorials). The downside is it takes 3.5 years if you want to avoid doing courses in parallel, and it is tough going!

Good luck whatever route you choose.

Thanks guys, I really have my sights set on doing the MBA (I know, I know!!!) so the MBT wouldn't really be for me but thanks for the info.

I've heard great things about the OU MBA which is why I'm trying to get any info about the Imperial one to compare it against it, I'm starting to think the fact that nobody I've heard of has done it may be a warning bell!!
