IIB Homeloans - Interest only FTB only?

Hi All

I am currently buying my ex partner out of our property and have just received the loan offer from IIB. I have rang the broker to enquiry about the interest only option advertised for IIB and I have been informed that this is for FTB's only that borrow up to 90%. Is this true that if under my circumstances (re-mortgage) that the interest only option is not avaliable?

In here it specifically says that residential borrowers can borrow for up to three years interest only.
