    And you can reply to your question if you need to clarify it.

    But you cannot provide recommendations.

    Do not ask questions about specific companies e.g. "Anyone use ABZ Ltd in Ennis?" This will be treated as advertising.

    Bankruptcy - Advice needed.

    My (sole trader) business recently closed, and I am now considering bankruptcy.
    Both my accountant and my solicitor, have advised that I seek advice of a person who is up to speed on all the recent developments in this area. I have read the books and the newspaper articles, and now its make my mind up time. Can you recommend an expert?

    You need to set this up as a new post. Include as much information as you can in the post and also complete the financial template (I can't find the link to this).
