If an Apartment is worth €180,000; how much a House?

If a newish 2 bedroom apartment is worth €180,000, how much do you think a 100 year old 2 bedroom *detached* house (with small garden area) is approximately worth in similar location?

Both with one living room.

Just vaguely...
 
Not being smart but it's impossible to say and it's worth whatever are willing to pay for it. I don't think that any meaningful extrapolation of the value can be made from other different properties in the same area. Have you checked what similar properties in the same area have gone for recently?
 
Try doing a search for a similare property on www.daft.ie and make you comparision.

Impossible to say.

One person might look at the old house and think, 'damn, the electrical wiring is shot, it's not damp-proofed and the windows are too small,' whereas another person will look at the old house and think, 'if I knock this and that, rip out this and that, and and extend into the back garden etc, I'll have a beautiful unique house.'

It's horse's for course's, I'm afraid.
