Hi all
We are buying a new build house. The actual house is built but not finished internally and has only partial boundary walls.
Can anyone tell me approximately in what order things might happen from now? Our solicitor called this morning to say we are ready to exchange contracts.
I expect to hear from someone (the builder?) re our choice of paint colour, and toorganise appliances, (not included in house price, I'm not sure whether we buy our own or go with their preferred supplier). I had a few requests for the builder via the EA, e.g. fit an outside electrical socket, outside tap and an extra TV point, no-one has gotten back to me on that.
