ICB Impossible to contact

I have been trying to call the ICB since December 7th and left 11 messages all to no avail ???

Can i complain to the Financial regulator?Absolute joke of a system no email or other contact details available bar a telephone number they wont answer.

Can anyone advise if they have an alternative contact?
