ICB Credit report - question on CRIF score

Hi

I'm wondering if anyone could clarify something or me on calculation of CRIF scores on ICB credit reports.

I had a loan which was in arrears and was cleared in full in July 2013 and my credit report says so.

However it calculates my crif3 score as 50 as it appears to be using the history of the last three months of the account in 2013 as the basis for calculations, and is ignoring the C when it was cleared.

The notation on the report says a score of 50 is returned for an account that is three moths in arrears, or has been in arrears in the three months.

Does it calculate that on the basis of the last negative updates on the account? E.g. as there is nothing since 2013 that calculation is the only one that can be made? There have been no defaults on payments on mortgage etc since July 2013 (mortgage was fully up to date at that time) and I've no credit cards or outstanding loans.

Seems a bit strange to me as it is not reflecting the past four and a bit years of the account being cleared.

Thanks for any help
