I have 2 non-stellar loan accounts on my Irish Credit Bureau report.(Small amounts)
I am in a position to pay both back fully today.
Having contacted ICB its clear that neither account is being updated correctly by BOI. Payments I have made in last 3 years are not reflected and the outstanding amounts are incorrect.
The ICB said in such a situation I could ask the bank to remove the accounts entirely from the data silo where the report is populated from once I have cleared them.
Has anyone had a similar situation? Has anyone successfully had accounts removed from ICB report due to inaccuracy?
