hi folks im at my wits end and this is the first time to try this so bear with me. i am 43 year old married male and have seen a local pub up for sale have put in an offer and it has been accepted i own my own house am completely loan free with 50 thou in savings i need 120 thou to buy this place total price 170 thou, have had a business plan drawn up by accountant (who says i will defo get a loan) been to two main (or should i say mean) banks who will not loan the money into what they say is a risky sector, i think its a bargain dont want to go to loan shark and end up payin 10% interest what do i do next any help or advice would be great, thanks.
