To keep it so you dont fall out I think if she got 15% not the 30% then she could have no complaints. Simple if it was never mentioned until now then somebody put it into her head,we all make mistakes and I think the counsin made one here, she cant take it for granted that she is entitled to the 30% next time cous consult a solicitor,

sorry but this is non sense your just making up.under irish law when one person puts up a large deposit and the rest of property is financed by 50:50 mortgage a constructive trust is established giving the person who paid the deposit a larger legal share in the property,ask your legal expert about it.
