After the 85% of kerry co.op shares were converted into Kerry group shares, we were given the balance in a cert. I would like to sell these shares but not sure about how they are to be valued. Am I right to assume that they still are valued using the same method as the converted 85% were.

cannot find any update information on the status of these shares. Since the start of this year, when 85% of co op shares were converted to Kerry Group shares, they remaining 15%, which are left, do not have a valuation for them. I made contact with Kerry co op directly and they just tell me that they will not value them and will not give any advice on how to have them valued. Seems very unusual that there is not any clear advice coming from them. Any advice here would be helpful.

I don't think anybody would be now interested in buying your Kerry coop shares or any Kerry coop shares....the 15% value left was paid by coop board to Kerry plc towards the joint venture (JV )....the coop shares are now just being a shareholder/member of Kerry coop that allows you to supply milk to the coop.
