Small village scenario; one solicitors practice that everybody uses. There has been nothing but complaints about said solicitor i.e fraud, collusion with opposing clients solicitors to name but a few.
Thought it was all local mindless gossip until a family member had the unfortunate experience of trying to carry out a simple legal procedure that was turned into a nightmare by this solicitor.
As far as I know a complaint had been lodged with the Law Society by somebody locally but I don't believe anything came of it.
How does one get the Law Society to take note that this behavior is truly unacceptable?
