How to find result of settled WRC case online?

Hi,

I have been told that a case that I am interested in viewing has been settled in the WRC as it concerns a previous employer. I have searched the WRC website and Google using the relevant names and a few different search criteria but no joy. Is it very hard to track down these type of results online?

In the search, did you adjust the time range criteria on the left? Also make sure you use the legal name of the company.

If it was settled at mediation stage, the details remain private and won’t be available to the public.

There would need to be a formal adjudication for the outcome to enter the public domain. Even then, some of the decisions can still be anonymised.
