Hi,

I am sure that this qustion has been asked a thousand times before. Is there available a software package that you canuse to calculate:

increasing your monthly mortgage repayment and the effect it would have on reducing the term

reducing you loan by paying a lump sum (ssia) and the effect it would have on the term / repayments

Any suggestions appreciated

Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator. Note that the calculator does not take account of owner occupier mortgage interest relief. If you have problems with running it then you may need to update your Java runtime:
