1) You must register as a user.
2) Find the correct forum in the Forum Listing e.g. Tax
3) Click on Tax
4) Click on the Post Thread Button
This will open up this screen for you.
6) Type a meaningful title where it says "Thread title"
If you post something vague and meaningless like "Tax" or "Capital Gains Tax", the thread will be deleted.
A good example would be "Tax credits for unmarried couple"
7) Type your question in the space which I have highlighted in yellow above
8) Click on Post thread when you are finished.
