how much trs should we be getting?

hi all, could someone workout what trs we should be getting, we have our mortgage since 2003, friends with a similar mortgage are getting higher trs they bought house around same time as us.

house purchase 100,000 over 25 years
co-habitating couple (joint mortgage)
trs at present 67.44

You'd need to input your mortgage details (including interest rate) into Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator. This will calculate your interest. You should be getting 20% of your interest.
