how much should my tiler be charging me

i was just wondering what should a tiler tradesman be charging me in the present climate, not lookin for a cheap job but a quality one but dont want to be ripped off...... 110s/meters, tile size- 500mm by 500mm.....
 
we are tiling our new build at the moment and our tiler is charging 10 euro p/s yard but we had some quotes at 14 12and 15 we live on the cavan fermanagh border

Mine is working out a lot more per sqm but it is a very awkward job and he is doing all electrics associated and changing the shower door and a few other small DIY jobs.

If the job is not straight forward then one jobs per sq m rate may not be comparable with another.
