How much is this worth?

I am trying to find out how much I would need to earn gross to get €380 in my pocket.
I'm guessing that a ball park figure would be 380x1.5 = €570.

I'm assuming tax at 42% and am married with 2 kids and wife also works.

Would my calculation be a good approximations
