With all the talk of arrears and MortgageGuy raising the question of people actually deliberately not paying the bank, how much are you in arrears?
To calculate your percentage type 'what percent is arrears of capital owed' into google.
Replace arrears with your arrears and capital owed with what you owe on your loan.
The answer will be expressed as a percentage. Mine is 3.5%
For me this equates to having a car loan that I can't pay, or another way to look at it is: if I had €108 spare every month for 5 years, I could clear it.
