How long can a credit card charge take?

I paid for some services using my credit card at the end of February and haven't been charged for it yet.

How long can the company take before applying the charge?

As long as they like. There is no time limit.

Bond is correct, however if the transaction is posted to your account after 180 days, then you have a chargeback right. Just contact your issuer and they will process it.
