With the "variable" Variable rates being provided by the Banks over 700 people have managed to switch provider in the past 12 months. Kudos to them.
My question is would any of you wise people be able to write out a general step by step process of what is involved in switching mortgage provider.
I feel this would help people and drive competition. Some people have asked me how its done but I dont know even though I want to. It would be great to be able to tell them come on here and see the 10 step guide to switching mortgage provider. As it is Im in negative equity so Im stuck with TSB for a while more.
