Hello,
I understand how to open a PTSB Online Regular Saver. I also understand how to open 2 PTSB 21 Day Notice regular saver accounts from the best buys. However, I am lost about how to open a PTSB Payday Saver account.
Page 2 here ( www .permanenttsb.ie/media/permanenttsb/pdfdocuments/depositrates/permanent-tsb-Deposit-Interest-Rates.pdf - remove the space after the www - I can't post links ) says it is "available in branch" as per the header but then the small print contradicts and says it is "only available at affinity work sites". What does affinity work sites mean?
I went into the branch and they were not helpful. I emailed PTSB and they told me that the product was not available when clearly it is available as per their website.
Can anyone shed any light on this product?
