How do I remove this security light?

We have one of those motion-operated security lamps at the front of the house. It has been there for several years, and now the bulb is gone. All screws are thoroughly rusted and will not budge, so can't open to insert a new bulb and can't remove it from the wall. Only solution is to replace. How do I get the rusted screws to move?

You may need to remove it from the wall by breaking the screw fixing or the bracket its fixed through.

You must take appropriate safety precautions for working on heights, working with glass, wotking with electrical fittings, including disconnection of electrical cabling, etc.

I usually drill damaged screw heads clean off, or you can try easy-outs.
