How do I delete a tax credit?

Have been renting and claiming the rent relief tax credit. However am moving out of my rented accomodation at the end of the month. Can I remove the rent relief tax credit through the revenue online service or do I need to call revenue or is there a form I should fill out and post into them?

If you are moving out you need to contact rev.comms and let them know of your change of address.
