How can i get rid of Flea beetle on lettuce

Hi. I noticed tiny holes appearing on my lettuce leaves. I have found out that these are flea beetles eating into it. I have been using Garlic and onion tea to get rid of them bu twith all the wet weather it is only a temp measure and I have to do it every day.

Has anyone else got recommendations?
