How can I find which airlines fly from X to Y?

I am flying to Birmingham from Dublin and I happen to know that Ryanair and Aer Lingus fly the route.

But how can I check if some other airline has started flying this route?
The flight times don't really suit me, so I would like to check what are the nearest airports to Birmingham for alternatives.

I want a simple site:
Enter departure airport
Enter destination airport
Give list of airlines with direct flights

You can enter destination and it will bring up all flights and times . Hover over the flight number to see the airline.
