How are dividends taxed if paid from UK company to Irish Company

Long time lurker first time poster.

How is a dividend taxed if comes from a UK company unaffiliated with an Irish company. Eg. Irish company invest in SPV for crowdfunding property monthly dividend yield in UK or Irish company invest in a syndication....how is it taxed?
