How are change of status credits calculated in the pro rata pension calculation.

Modified class Prsi are replaced by the number of change of status credits.

For example if a person had 2000 modified Prsi contributions and 300 reckonable Prsi contributions and received 104 change of status credits.

For the pro rata calculation they would have 1896 modified contributions and 404 reckonable contributions.

Pro-rata pensions

You may get a pro-rata pension if you have a mixed insurance record, for example, if you worked in both the public service and private sector.
