Just wondering about letting a room in my house for a bit of extra cash. I'm with Aviva, and they will charge me €50 for one renter, but won't insure any more than that. I don't suppose I will have another renter, but curious if other companies apply a restriction or a price hike? I did an online quote with 123.ie and they are almost 100 more than Aviva, but don't charge for rent a room at all.
