I am travelling to Egypt in May and am looking to book a hotel in Cairo for the first three days. Does anybody have any suggestions for hotels?
One other thing; the hotels seem to be split between the Pyramid region in Giza outside the city and the city centre. Which area would I be better staying in? Is there good transport links between the areas?
My KLM flight does not arrive into Cairo until 02:15, is it difficult to get taxis at this time of night and how much would it cost?
