I'm dating someone who's house is about to foreclose. Did not pay mortgage due to ex taking more than should. His house is on market and I hope it sells. But was wondering what if I take out a loan sell my place move in with my kids (my place will sell very quickly. His hous is on market for a year. What right to home would i have. Don't want to loose my home if I have not monies bonded in his. (New York) Nassau county
